I never heard... and, infact, you intriged me... so I did a little
searching...
I know that Soul Coughing did a collaboration with "the Reprazent
guys"... but it turns out that DJ Krust toured with them at some point,
opening some shows for them. When I saw them at the Metro I arrived
quite late and therefore did not get to hear the opening act, if there
was one.
Feb. 13 at the Edge, Palo Alto
MC Dynamite and DJ Krust opened the show with a dynamic display of DJed
jungle and rhythmic toasting. I was amazed at the dedication of Soul
Coughing's fans.
They knew all the tunes front and back, and not just the single ... De
Gli Antoni, I discovered, is still at work... he scored a short film
"Ashes to Ashes."
